We seek to empower our clients to be in-charge
of their mental health, build support systems
and learn useful skills and tools.

Our approach to therapy is based in exploration and dialogue.

We seek to provide a safe base where clients can feel free to fully express and explore themselves. This exploration within the context of the therapeutic alliance between the client and the therapist, leads to creative solutions, insight and self-awareness.

We think of our clients as the ones at the wheel, in the driver's seat.

We think of ourselves as therapists, as the co-passenger, supporting the driver with navigation.

Empowering clients to take charge of their mental health is at the heart of healing at Safe Space.

Our therapists practice various forms of psychotherapy. As each client is unique, so is the therapy they receive. Therapists draw from different forms of therapy to tailor their intervention and support to suit the unique needs of each person.
