Upon booking a session with Safe Space Therapy LLP, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. They comprise the policies of the therapy process, the client’s responsibilities, the client’s rights and the privacy policy. Mental health practice one of great responsibility, hence maintaining client’s and therapist’s safety is of utmost importance. Bearing this responsibility on part of the therapist as well as client(s), the following procedure is to be followed.

You are not allowed to use this website in any way that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libellous, hateful, or in any other way violating these terms and conditions.



The material contained within the Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Safe Space Therapy LLP does not represent that information contained on or available via the Website is accurate or complete and accordingly, it should not be relied on as such. You should not rely on any such information. Any arrangements made between you and any other person, using or named on the Website are entirely at your sole risk and responsibility.


To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

We are committed to ensuring that our website is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the services, at any time. We will never charge you for any service without making it very clear to you precisely what you're paying for.


Any new features which are added to the current site shall also be subject to this Terms and condition. We reserve the right to update, change or retrieve any part of these Terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.



Duly note that:

  • The outcome of therapy is often positive; however, the outcome is impacted by innumerable extraneous variables outside the therapy setting, hence the level of satisfaction with the outcome is unpredictable.

  • Your engagement in the therapy process is voluntary. You have the right to terminate at any point, without repercussions. You are also free to restart therapy at any point.

  • The therapist is at liberty to terminate therapy at any point at her discretion.

  • All sessions are strictly confidential. However, we are legally and ethically bound to share the information in some cases. Refer to ‘Confidentiality Information’ below for more information.

  • We do not prescribe any medication or give any medical advice.

  • Fee payment is to be made in advance. Your session is not confirmed until payment is made.

  • It is your duty to connect with the therapist at the scheduled time slot. Any appointment missed/cancelled/rescheduled without 48 hours prior notice is non-refundable, without exception.

  • If you join the session late, the session will not be extended beyond the designated slot provided.

  • If the therapist needs to cancel a session, you will be given prior notice, and an alternative slot will be provided without any additional cost to you.

  • All the appointments fixed will be according to Indian Standard Time and it’s your responsibility to book the timings for the session according to IST.

  • The relationship between you and your therapist is a strictly professional one. Breach of professional boundaries can lead to immediate termination of therapy. Any contact outside therapy apart from scheduling the sessions is prohibited. Any inappropriate behaviour will be met with legal action. In case of queries contact +918296681188 via WhatsApp.



Out of Scope:

  • We do not provide crisis intervention. In case of extremely high distress situations/ suicidal thoughts/previous attempts of suicide/ any sort of immediate danger to yourself or anyone around you, we are not the right ones to help you.   • We do not administer psychological assessments.

  • We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions like psychotic disorders.

  • We do not diagnose or treat addictions or substance use.

  • We do not provide therapy for sexual disorders.

  • We do not provide career counselling.


Safe Space Therapy LLP will have the right (but not the obligation), at its sole discretion, to review, edit, limit, refuse or remove Content, or to limit or refuse the User access to the Service. More specifically in the event the use of the Service, according to us, violates these Terms of Use.


We may disclose the User's Personal Data or Content, or other data relating to the use of the Service, to third parties where it believes, in good faith, that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, criminal or civil subpoena, or other legal process or to exercise its constitutional rights of defence against legal claims.



Counselling is based on a trusting relationship between the counsellor and the client. To help develop and maintain this trust, counselling is confidential, i.e., information shared with the counsellor will not be disclosed to anyone not present in the session, without permission. However, confidentiality has its limitations. The therapist could disclose information she deems relevant, when:

  • The client poses harm to himself/herself or others;

  • There is reasonable suspicion of abuse to a child, elderly person or any vulnerable individual;

  • The case file and related information is court-ordered by a judge;

  • Client threatens counsellor for her life or files a case against counsellor;

In the case that confidentiality would be breached, you will be informed when the information will be shared with others. If deemed fit by the counsellor, you may choose the person to whom the information will be disclosed, and the information to be shared will be mutually agreed upon, keeping your well-being at the core.

As the client, you have the right to a copy of case files, upon request.


You must pay in the currency in which the Product price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card (or any other method that Safe Space Therapy LLP may introduce from time to time) and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

  1. Payment may be made by credit card. debit card or any other such method as Safe Space Therapy LLP may introduce at its absolute discretion.

  2. Safe Space Therapy LLP reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.

  3. Safe Space Therapy LLP cannot guarantee that a particular service will always be available.

  4. To maximise security Safe Space Therapy LLP does not hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third party payment providers.

  5. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms. 



Your submission of personal information through the store is regulated by our Privacy Policy. You are to view our Privacy Policy.



Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.



You agree to indemnify, protect and hold harmless to Safe Space Therapy LLP, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, license, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference or your infringement of any law or the rights of a third-party.



In the event that any provision of these Terms and conditions is discovered to be unlawful, null or unenforceable, such provision shall notwithstanding be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be viewed to be cut off from these Terms of Use, such determination shall not affect the credibility and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.



Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the any of the client project shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction to the Indian court based out of Kolkata. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Safe Space Therapy LLP.



Our inability to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a discharge of such right or provision.


These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this website or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, pre-empt any prior or synchronous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.


Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall not be construed against the drafting party.
